Sergio Santos has converted a 5.5 wide room at the Delray Beach, Florida into a bedroom, mini kitchen and work space. Utilizing every single space of this closet looking room, he has come up with a space to watch TV and lie down on bed in the loft above and use the laptop in the work area below. The shelves on the wall double as the ladder to the loft above and a piece of the white ceiling serves as a bulletin board. The painting on the wall is reclaimed piece from the trash. Also, he made a mini kitchen and a terrace in this closet house. In addition, to surprise you all he did the entire makeover in just $64.
