Shape-changing Rotor table
Priyanka Ohri | Nov 6 2009

From Kristalia, the Rotor is an occasional table that was designed by Luciano Bartoncini. I say shape-changing table because the table is constantly on the move due to its mobile surfaces. Its mobile surfaces continuously change lines. The three middle tops sandwiched between the top and the bottom fixed tops can rotate 360°. This shape-changing characteristic is the hidden talent of this table. However, when the rotating tops are not in action, then the table is simple and bland like any other object.
